If your account is still Gold:In the top menu, go to HELP > Account Settings and select Billing InformationIf your Gold status has already expired due to an invalid card:Simply upgrade to Gold again using your new card information

No, you don't lose anything at all. When you upgrade to gold again you'll be right back where you were.
