So they said that they recently implemented CG-NAT in our area, and that is the only thing he can think of that would be causing this error. He wanted me to ask you if being on a CG-NAT IP address would affect your site.

So she was suddenly able to get on and play the daily contest today, but then tried the weekly and the same error popped up. It seems strange that if CG-NAT truly is causing this, why would it be intermittent?

Just to give the latest update, Comporium said that if CG-NAT is causing the issue, then they can issue us a static IP which will fix the problem. And they will be more than happy to reduce the cost of the static IP from $15 per month to $5 per month.

So in other words, they broke the service that we pay a lot of money for, and requested more money to fix it. Basically extortion.

Anyway, the static IP has corrected the problem... no more errors. Thanks for all your help, Webman.

That does seem crazy. Please let me know if it does in fact remain working for you, or if the problem rears its head again even with the static IP. Glad it's working for you right now.
