Just after entering site last night a window appeared for a few seconds. I caught the words redirecting server. Should I be concerned about hacking or worst? The game continued without problem. Please advise.

Just after entering site last night a window appeared for a few seconds. I caught the words redirecting server. Should I be concerned about hacking or worst? The game continued without problem. Please advise.That doesn't sound like any sort of "hacking" or malware. I wouldn't be
concerned based on what you describe, but if you see it again and can
get more information (what page you were on, the exact message, etc)
then I can better advise as to what it might have been.
