Uncashed TITO tickets

There was an interesting story in today's Las Vegas Review Journal regarding uncashed TITO tickets. Apparently under Nevada law, after uncashed TITO tickets go past their 6 month expiration date the casinos where the tickets were from can claim 25% of the ticket's value with the other 75% going to the state. Last year there was 22 million dollars in unclaimed TITO tickets, meaning 5.4 million going back to the casinos.
