Wondering if anybody has been to the Ocean Premier Players Lounge at the Ocean resort and how it compares to the Amphora Lounge at Borgata.

I was at Amphora Lounge once about 2 years ago. I was both Ocean's Lounges. Amphora is much better. Their dessert area has more food than the whole Premeire Lounge. The Ocean Black Lounge is finger food compared to the Premier Lounge. Premier is free. You may need $12.50 Borgota comps for Amphora.

Yes, You do need $12.50 comp dollars per person to get into the Amphoria Lounge. The buffet is the same amount of comp dollars for the buffet.

Thanks Waiting4RF, I guess I'll stick with giving the Borgata the majority of my play. I have always liked the Amphora Lounge.

You can still Tier match until Sept 30th to get access to the Lounge and freeplay.

CARCOUNTER - If you are going to do the tier match an use the free/comp rooms. you better HURRY. I just book my room at Ocean. The representative told me that there aren't to many rooms left. you have to use the comp rooms by Sept 30.
The best deal is to take your gold card over to Hard Rock first ( by Labor Day ) and get the upgrade to Rock Royalty. They will give you 2 comp room and access to there player lounge or the buffet.
Then go to Ocean and take the Rock Royalty card to get upgraded to Ocean's Black card. With Ocean's Black card you can get 2 comp rooms and access to both of there players lounge.
IF TAKE YOUR BORGATA GOLD CARD TO OCEAN FIRST YOU WILL ONLY BE UPGRADE TO PLATINUM. PLATINUM WILL ONLY GET YOU 1 ROOM COMP NIGHT.

That is what I did to get the Ocean Black card. I even got an extra $15 in freeplay possibly from signing up for emails back in May.
