Summertime coming . 2 weekends ago the ribs in the Amphora were great!!!!

How does the Borgata buffet food compare to the Amphora lounge? Is it the same food but a larger variety?

There is different food items in the Amphora then at the buffet.
There are 2 types of peeled & devain shrimp. There is a regular and a spice shrimp. There are cold mussels and oysters on the half shell.
The hot food is basically same. There maybe some differents. More variety at the buffet.
Desserts: There is different selection of types of desserts.
The buffet has gelato. The Amphora has Haagen Das ice cream.

You have to pay for the alcohol drinks at the buffet. The Amphora has better selection of boose.

Borgata was packed last week with Holiday shopping and weekly give always. Got the last seat at B bar. Two nice hits in an hour.

Love B-bar many a nice hit there. Had four quads in 20 minutes back in the day...free celebratory drinks. Congrats on the aces!
