This is typical of conservatives.......blow a lot of "righteous indignation" and anger and then offer NOTHING in terms of tangible, coherent arguments or solutions to ANYTHING, just crticize and belittle anyone who makes a argument for something.....

Between DB and now Car, it really does behoove me to get my butt on a jitney, Borgata bound! You guys are living it up in that swell safe haven w kosher machines. I had a respectable day on the boardwalk, up a modest $30. But nothing to prompt cartwheels on the beach or dives into the Atlantic. My Royal was in the dead of winter and I am no polar bear.

OMT, your question is analagous to asking a comedian to explain a joke. You either get it or you don't. The room has moved on. Like the RNG! I can't say I'm too hip for the room. After all, DB is on my frequency!

i am a fiscal conservtive and at least we have some morals. as opposed to you liberals (that is what you are), who openly talk about buying/selling used baby parts and argue that 'cheating' (nfl) is done by everyone, so we do it too. i m as much an animal lover as anyone, but the left gets their panty's in a ruffle over a lion being killed, but ok to murder millions of helpless unborn. and, make a profit off it. where the heck are your priorities. we should be upset by both actions. as far as solutions, i keep offering the same over and over. stop asking more and more from the government, cut back on their spending, live within our means and take responsibility for one's own actions. quit looking for handouts, bailouts and stop relying on a taxpayer provided backstop. only and i mean only the truely needy will be helped. able bodied, lazy, know how to work the system, somehow disadvantaged, are not be be rewarded. we will glady teach one how to fish, instead of just giving them a fish.  start from a young age, which is not being done now, teach financial responsibility. those are solutions.

Still dealing with lots of health issues with the folks and that will continue unfortunately. However, I will see as time permits if I can respond here and there to some of the political stuff and escape without getting one of my wings ( the right one ) broken. Would still like to see an East Coast meet and greet some day not too far off.

Hey there olds, hang in there.       Where would you like this meet and greet to take place given your obligations with your parents?    Is Mohegan/Foxywoods basically the only realistic option for you?    If so, Mohegan in Connecticut works for me as well.....What say the rst of the forum, can you all make it to Mohegan Sun or Foxwoods in Connecticut anytime soon, so we can cut Olds some slack here?

I have absolutely no difficulty with the concept of asking someone who has just presented a poorly contrived or poorly stated idea, whether it's a comedian or anyone else, to explain what they've said. If I don't get it, probably others don't either.
