who would have thought a fiscal conservative and a socialist could agree on something. it is welcome news that you and the washington post agree that tax payer monies should not be bailing out private business.

who would have thought a fiscal conservative and a socialist could agree on something. it is welcome news that you and the washington post agree that tax payer monies should not be bailing out private business.  (when and where did MINN FATZ define himself, or get defined, as a fiscal "CONSERVATIVE"?    Is that true Minn fatz??)     Anyway......As this article clearly pointed out, Gov Christie is NOT a "fiscal conservative".....the same can be said of many other so-called, self described, " fiscally conservative" Republicans.     The simple truth is this:When it comes to Spending money, and when it comes to the "Size" of the Government (both state and federal levels), and when it comes to the scope and reach of those governments, Democrats and Republicans merely disagree on WHAT to spend money on, and the size of SPECIFIC departments or Branches.    Republicans want to spend the money that gets earmarked for social services (things like food and housing and healthcare) instead directed to the bloated US Military and defense industries; or to make departments like the F.B.I., INS or A.T.F. bigger & more powerful (whereas Democrats would instead love to see the EPA, HUD and FDA bloated even further )....neither truly wants SMALLER GOVERNMENT.....you get the idea. All Politicians, Democrat or Republican, these days are first and foremost devoted to themselves, they are narcissistic and ego driven, and therefore will say anything, and label themselves and others in any way shape or form, that they feel they must GIVEN THE SITUATION AT HAND RIGHT NOW.......and the hell with whether or not it resembles reality or not.   That is the Hypocrisy which permeates the political scene in the U.S.A. in 2016.......When a man or woman actually does get elected to Congress, or appointed to some real position of power, he/she/it  typically seeks to ensure their position and security in life AFTER they are done with whatever it is they are serving in Government.....this is an absolute truth, which is illustrated and explained by the absurd lobbyist system that persists to this day, why politicians of both parties often change their tune or stance on issues AFTER they are elected or appointed. You heard it here first......as the world (and the people in it) continue to become more and more irrational, selfish, corrupt, polarized, delusional, and unwilling to act even in their own best interest, politicians will become even less able to accomplish anything meaningful than they already are, chaos will continue to rise, anarchy will follow ..... and pretty soon the THOUSANDS & THOUSANDS of Nuclear weapons that STILL EXIST in today's world (spread among the dozen or so nations who possess them in regions spanning the entire world) will loom LARGE, as questions surrounding their security and viability in volatile and corrupt places like Russia and Pakistan and North Korea and Israel and India and China and ....yes, even in IRAN, will suddenly become difficult to answer due to the breakdown of the SYSTEM(s) and structure that currently control them, and as the PEOPLE, worldwide and everywhere, become more and more irrational & Angry & Hateful & hardened & despondent....then all these petty issues, and illusions, which currently occupy people's minds (such as just how much of a "problem" 11 million illegal immigrants in a country as big as the U.S.A. truly is) will be completely forgotten as mankind confronts its own global mortality......then and ONLY then, PERHAPS, people might finally start to get the message......the message that we ALL must share this planet and its resources, that we ALL must compromise and accept that none of us can have his or her "way" on everything, and that it is in EVERYPERSON's best LONG TERM interest to actually get along in relative peace and harmony no matter how different we all are in terms of race, creed or color or religion.
