Final result of Resorts AC Flier complain

I received a call around noon today from the NJ gaming agent who handled my complaint regarding the discrepancy with the monthly slot cash Flier game, and what Player's club personnel were stating about how the game works.  She informed me that she was able to verify that there actually have been some winners of amounts of slot cash at least SLIGHTLY higher than the minimum, in the past 12 months.....she did add that it is not many, and that no 5,000 prize has been distributed but that, according to her investigation, such a prize "does appear to exist", but the odds are quite low....but she emphasized, and I accept (obviously) that this is not in itself a violation of anything.BUT....in her questioning and investigating, she did indeed find that there is a lack of "awareness" on the part of some resorts slot club employees as to the exact nature and composition and workings of certain casino promotions, policies and procedures, and she did point this out to management so that it can be corrected (in other words, at least I was vindicated in terms of her verifying that there are a few idiots working the desk, or that management failed to properly train or prep its workers....)      She stated that New jersey Casino Commission requires all NJ casinos to properly train and prep all employees having interaction with casino patrons, and ALL casinos are required at all times to disseminate accurate and clear info regarding its games and promotions.The way I interpreted what she told me is simply someone got a serious arse chewing at Resorts....but alas, no fraud or anything like that.As I said earlier in the other (shamble-ized) thread, nothing ventured nothing lost.    Still it was a learning experience and now that I know how it works, the next time I encounter a real issue in AC, I will be better at the whole process.

DaBurglar thank you for providing this update. I'm glad you feel the need to self-vindicate, we look forward to your next piece of in depth investigative reporting, Geraldo Rivera would be quite envious. Actually though: you confirmed (vindicated) what I have said since the start of this thread.

Those Resorts employees that you interacted with probably also referred to you as an idiot after you left their company much like you did to them here.

DaBurglar it was your choice to post a topic such as this here on the forum. It was, in my opinion, a dumb and mindless post. You spoke earlier that you had nothing to gain by lodging a complaint with the Gaming Commission so I must ask: then why did you bring it in the first place? Did you want to bring shame onto Resorts? Because if that was your intent, you woefully failed.

As I have said before, I do not hate you. I have also told you before that I do not hate anyone. I believe in karma and that good things happen to good people. The luck that I have, to me, is reward for the way I live.

People cannot debate with you because you do not allow them to do so. You turn what could be a satisfying argument into a gutter level name calling debacle. Many times you have done this to me and others here.

I would never act out against you in a physically violent manner unless you provoked it first. It is quite probable that I COULD cause physical harm to your body but what would that prove? You would then just report back here to the forum about what a bully I am and really, that is not me. I do have the ability to cause you harm but just because I have the ability to do so doesn't mean that I will, it is restraint and control that I have which prevent me from doing this. If I wanted to, if we met: I could kick you around like a beach ball. Doesn't mean that I would though.

Getting back to this forum post of yours. If those casino workers were fired for their ineptitude, I do blame you. It is quite simple: if you didn't lodge this circus stunt of a complaint to the Gaming Commission then the Gaming Commission would never have had reason to look hard at those casino workers. Apparently you have NEVER made a mistake at work? Must be difficult for you to continually achieve such a level of greatness. Are you the type of person that calls the restaurant manager over to complain about the server who didn't bring you your water fast enough after you asked for it? This complaint of yours to the Gaming Commission was so petty and I am befuddled as to why you don't think so?
