Re: videopoker.com Players Club
Well, I hit that magic 750k Player Club Point threshold that Bob D is so envious of, and just ordered my polo shirt in plenty of time for Christmas. I hope I run into Bob on my next Vegas trip after my shirt arrives so I can show it off, but since I play on The Strip when in Vegas, it probably won't happen. What a great gift to myself. Thank you so much to the folks @ VP.Com, since I LOVE free stuff !!

Good going, billyjoe--it'll be a while before I get mine. But, do you wear it with your hat?

You're correct that I don't play much on the Strip. But sending me an email at bobdancerlasvegas@yahoo.com can make it very likely that we can find a time and place to hook up. Bob

Webman:I can't let BJ be wearing a sexy videopoker.com shirt without me having one too. So, how do I send people to this site and get credit for them? You have a "send in 7 1/2 new people earn a shirt" promo that just might suit my needs.Munchkin is pretty small. Maybe he'll count as a half a person.Bob

Visit the Players Club page, and to the right of "refer a friend" you'll see a link that says "refer now." On the pop-up that appears is a web address you can send people to that will automatically track them as your referral when they sign up. You can email this link, put it on a web site, etc. There are also facebook share links, etc but I'm guessing a URL is most beneficial to you. There are also printable cards you can print to hand to people in order to get credit when they join.Friends who are referred by you also are awarded 5,000 points when they sign up as an incentive to use the link you provide, and you get 5,000 points as soon as they play 100 hands. If they go Gold, you are awarded an additional 95,000 points.

Well, Jayne, I just got home from a trip to Biloxi, and happily, my VP.Com shirt was there to greet me, in plenty of time for my Vegas trip in about a week. It is a very nice, good quality shirt, by the way.
As far as my hat wearing, I am currently on a protest movement. I have been chasing my anemia problem for about 18 months now, and the doctors have yet to find a cause. I am so angry about this that I felt that I had to 'vent' in some way. So since I am too old to go sit on a flagpole or billboard somewhere, I decided to not cut my hair until I am cured of my anemia, or at least, an explanation can be determined. It is my way of letting it all hang out, so to speak. I do not thing it will grow to ponytail length, but you never know. So unless I am on a golf course, I am now 'hatless'.
Pretty stupid, huh ?

Bob, our schedule while in Vegas, between golf, event shopping, and of course a little casino gaming will be pretty full. The wifey and I will be at The Homestead restaurant @ Caesars @ 6 PM on Sunday, December 2nd, for dinner prior to the Shania Twain Concert. Stop by and say 'Hi" if you can.

Well, great dinner @ The Homestead @ Caesars, followed by a terrific Shania show. No Bob Dancer sightings, however. Maybe he had a celebrity appearance conflict that night. Oh well, maybe next trip.
