How many teams have been fined for cheating other than that Patriots?    And thinking that North Dallas Forty is an accurate portrayal of life in the NFL is the same as thinking that Little Big League is an accurate portrayal of life in MLB.   Gahhhhh!!!!!

Staying totally on topic and not getting personal with anyone poster, the subject of cheating in the NFL goes back to the very beginning of the game, which is why the OFFICIAL rule bookhas changed and evolved GREATLY over time, and every year they come out with NEW regs and rules to address specific issues......but MANY teams have been accused of all kinds of nefarious acts but only in the recent, media soaked era of today's 24 hour news cycle has a team like New England been subject to scrutiny....Remember the GREAT San Francisco 49ers team of the 1980s, the previous GREATEST dynasty before New England?   Well guess what, along with Jerry Rice using STICKUM all the time, the 49ers used to routinely shut off the sideline communications of VISITING teams to their home ballpark!!    Read about it here, where none other than BILL PARCELS  accuses the 49ers of this blatant and unfair tactic:[URLhttp://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2011/09/25/bill-parcells-still-thinks-bill-walsh-cheated-during-1980s-playoffs/[/url]]

Being accused is different than being CAUGHT. Being caught means that there will be a penalty; in street lingo it's called A FINE.

Avoiding the question of what other teams have been caught cheating and were required to pay a fine will not make the question go away.

The rulebook has been changed over the years but the changes haven't only been to curb cheating.

Google the question "NFL TEAMS CAUGHT CHEATING" if you want an answer other than what I already provided.Ted, you absolutely suck at debating, FYI  lol

http://krod.com/the-patriots-are-caught ... n-opinion/  The above calls the New England Patriots the most CORRUPT NFL team ever. I'm trying to find other teams that were caught cheating and had fines or other punishment levied against them but so far I'm not finding any. Including San Diego, New York Jets, and Miami.

Very good ted, but of course, the words "OPINION" appear in huge letters right under the guy's title and name.....you do know the meaning of the word OPINION right?  how this does not pass for FACT or reality?TED, I have no illusions I will ever get you to acknowledge that the patriots are the greatest dynasty ever in football, just as you will never convince me that getting caught (and FINED) in anyway lessens their greatness. So go ahead, have the last word, this thread is officially DEFLATED   GIGGLE SNORT  Say hello to my little pet PIG, I named him......TED!!!!
