Re: MARKETS,Anybody even yet?
I know. Whenever I have multiple losing sessions and have discipline pretty much in order, I get like this. I actually just pulled into Bizarro, but just to use up a little his/ her free play and a couple hundred in lose or lose points. Promised the Mrs a quick trip As I have an overnight booked for tomorrow Eve. As to the market, we will be extremely lucky IMO to do half as good the next 6 months as the first. When we have a Dem President running for reelection, the last 70 years or so has shown that after the end of June, things head down 10 percent or more till election time. After the election, they may creep back up, but really it’s anybody’s guess and though history usually repeats itself, there are no guarantees. When I read that Tesla is trying still to kill Elon’s 56 B package even after the shareholder vote, I decided to bail and only made a quick buck. He could easily just start another company and take his ideas and skills with him. I will buy it back though on a little weakness. See what happens next week.

I had another portfolio setback. Rivian and VW announced a joint venture. Aptiv, my parts supplier stock, is collateral damage and sank on the expected diminished business. Plug one hole, another appears.

Stocks with Josh said for the past 2 months to buy Tesla. Those who did are getting rewarded. I bought a bunch but sold some of it when price went up. I wanted to start buying more recently but waited too long. I am sure it will still some prolonged drops in the future and will just have to watch for that.
Have started to buy Visa on the recent dip when it went below 270. All this stock does is make money. I am long on it.

I am also long on Visa, +34% in two years. Just hold, baby! Great minds think alike.

I've done well with Bitcoin, I'm shocked at how many people still have ZERO understanding of it. That's both good and bad for people like myself....I am not a large buyer so I have to be hypervigilant, do a lot of trades on coinbase, buy the dips sell the surges and always keep an eye on the 200 day moving average. It sure beats gambling.....
