I just sold SQQQ for 9.17. That was a quick 24% gain. It will probably go higher if this is indeed the correction in the markets, but I am satisfied. Should the SPY go back up pushing the SQQQ lower I will buy back in as this is not yet a correction.
Good luck Olds and good early buy.

Funny, I sold mine today too 9.16. Nice to make a little on both ends. Appears for now Nasdaq is trying to come back. I think they will cook the books on inflation till the election and try and insure the Fed drops interest rates in Sept. They are capable of anything to get Harris elected. Just my opinion of course. I’m a bit late to the plate, but I bought a little IWM today. I meant to do it last week and got diverted with the assassination attempt and had my focus on that. I think it’s still got some to go up as long as the Fed makes the one interest rate cut in September . Around here cost of living is increasing way beyond what the government is telling us especially housing and restaurant prices. Also grocery stores. a watermelon in a local major grocery store is now 10 bucks. A five room ranch just down the street from my dad‘s former house was listed at 399. It was in good condition but not picture perfect. There was a bidding war and it just sold for 430. Two years ago you could’ve bought that same house for under 300,000 New Yorkers and people from Long Island and even New Jersey are continuing to flock to Connecticut to escape everything going on in New York A2Z and of course that is driving up prices even further. They come here with all cash and buy knocking the young couple entry-level homebuyers right out of the market. We also have flip artists buying up homes that need lots of work doing quick shotty, renovations, and renting them for exorbitant prices. If you want to rent a small 1100 square home about a mile or less from the beach, it will cost you 3,500 a month plus utilities.
young couples can’t afford that. A decent apartment can run even higher than that in some areas. We aren’t even that close to NYC. An hour away.

Much the same here in Canada. Groceries and gas are the big ones. Houses are unafordable for most unless parents are helping out. I sold my house almost 1 year ago today. It sold in 1 day at 20,000 over asking. Unbelievable. Most people moving here in Ontario are from India, Pakastan ect. Canada takes in lots more immigrants than anyone. There are only 39 million people in all of Canada but we have 8 million new immigrants.
Housing shortage in Toronto area so many move to smaller towns in the province. Gas is almost 100 dollars to fill my suv. My first car in the late 60s I could not get 5 dollars worth in the an empty tank.

My great grandfather opened his general store and to pump gas station in the 1930s. He used to sell gasoline 6 gallons for a dollar. By the time I was eight or nine in the late 1950s had gone up to 4 gallons for a dollar. We have a lot of people from India and Pakistan as well buying real estate and houses. Usually all cash.
FAA, I hope you have some of the Russell 2,000. That’s where the magnificent seven and other big guns have been rotating into. I got into it late, but I think it still got some more to go of course they are assuming the federal interest rates in September get cut. I’m not assuming anything at this point, but I do have some of the Russell 2000.

Much confusion in this thread. Are you people not watching main stream media?
The b&k team has beaten inflation. Or was that medicare?
The flood of immigrants is an illusion not happening. Skamala fixed that.
Housing relief is on the way, planned for next dumacrat admin.
The Trump shooting may not have been a shooting only a fragment
I could go on but ...
