And we're up 10 to 15% this morning. Later this week, Milei will meet with the most powerful man in the world.

Tomorrow Milei visits Trump. This morning, Bessent tweeted that the US will "do what is needed" to support Argentina.

This seems constructive for the stocks, although I don't see any movement in election odds on the prediction markets. I'm looking to trim near the session highs. Prices have pulled back mildly, as I write.

Good call on BMA. I missed the boat. Added to EC and PBR-A today. And a new position in PFE. 7 percent div. Was on a mini sale. Not a big one.

Two objects of my affection. I love them both .

Don't own it, but I can see how it could be attractive. I would worry a little about skeletons in the closet. I fear they're covering up a whole lot of clot-shot misbehavior.

Ditto!! Could very well be. I know quite a few people that have had serious side effects after getting boosters. One in fact, a life-threatening one. They all seem to start between four and six weeks after people got these booster shots. Just an uneducated guess on my part. None of the people I know had these problems prior to the boosters.

DIS now red for the session. Olds, are you buying?

I heard some conservative complain that they're grooming kids. I say it's long overdue. When I was in third grade, I'm not sure I combed my hair once the entire school year.

It's had a violent comeback. At this morning's highs, BMA was +40% from the Friday lows.

It may still be cheap, but I wouldn't chase it under the circumstances. Having accumulated a bunch of it, Monday I sold off the tax-sheltered (IRA) shares. I would like to sell more shares into strength, but that would incur the dreaded short-term gains.

It's good that you're catching it on somewhat of a pullback.

I posted previously that real estate stocks are good diversifiers because they have low correlation to the broad stock market. I prefer internationals, hodling VNQI, but that's had a bit more of a runaway. Year-to-date, it's nearly +20% total return.
