My super talented brother in law just did this in Pastels

I called this my guy omelette because even a guy can do it. Very simple thick cut applewood bacon, two eggs, one slice of cheese broken up, microwave in a clear Pyrex bowl for 45 seconds. Give it a rest for half a minute and then another 15 to 20 seconds both on high. Yum. The bacon is cooked ahead of time. The Mrs. took care of that. I add the cheese part way through.

This one is not something the average guy can make or would attempt. It’s what’s left of the awesome Easter Bobka I miss is made from scratch. Yum

Yes. Actually all through Eastern Europe including Ukraine. There are different versions. This is my favorite with the Cinnamon filling.
