"THEY" (the downtown casinos) are rolling out the red carpet to my wife for her birthday in August. If we go then, it might be difficult for us to make the trip again in October or November. Expense and available Vacation will play a big part in that decision for us.
But Dang-it...it sure sounds like it would be a lot of fun!

With the price of Petrol and given we don't fly... Might have to stir something up for AC, although being in Vegas when they are holding the G2E would be great!

Faygo: Heck I'd play hookie from work and cash in my bottles and cans to make that trip! I'm only wondering if OEJ could con the warden into giving him weekend liberty or some equivalent?

I thought OEJ was going to be released in 27 days???? Maybe though his parole officer won't let him travel out of state!
I believe Iowa is right in the middle between vegas and ac....maybe we can all meet here!!!

They are Combining the Wheat here. Too late! I could show you how to catch Blue Crab. Might even catch a mess of Shrimp for the BarB. Would have to meet in Cherokee though, closest Casino to here.
