Edog, no ill feelings. Maybe we have different political views. Will still buy you dinner at Old Homestead if you ever get here. Learned from Tedlark how to push someone's buttons. But I think we can communicate.

Folks have been playing golf here continually. Maybe not today because of the rain, but I guarantee you they will be out in a few days at the latest.

I really do like this forum. My only problem is that I don't like people. Who was the person that said that.

foreign governments and individuals are prohibited from giving money to usa political candidates. it is against the law, influence peddling. bill clinton runs a huge foundation that actively solicts from from all over the globe. while hillary was SOS and after, milions of dollars were donated to the foundation. how does one get away with this? simple, she has NOT declared she is a candidate. legal, but sleezy. on this subject, the right is more hypocritical? now that is about as hypocritical as it gets. isn't the left supposed to known for out for the little guy, about honesty and ethics and the right is supposed to be greedy? so, it is ok for clinton to skirt the law? how did karl rove come up? he is a political consultant to the right. just like david axelrod is a consultant to the left. these are not elected officials, they do not answer to the people. they give advice to those who seek it. neither side makes any moves, without consulting these folks to see how it will play out with the public.

We can debate politics until we are either all red or blue in the face and I do not think we are going to get anywhere. We are all entitled to our opinions. This is a video poker forum, and I for one am done talking politics.

so, only congress can spend money, the president can only suggest. POTUS just authorized that nearly 5 million illegals can stay in this country. he alone decided not to enforce the law. there is NO cost for this. healthcare, education, food stamps, i could go on forever. when did congress vote on this is? how is this going to be paid? and, do not tell me that whatever scant amount of taxes these new folks pay, will even come close to covering the costs. now, do not go on one of your rants about we are a country of immigrants. this is not a conversation about immigration. it is simply refuting your statement that ONLY congress spends money. you make soooooo many broad based comments, that continue to proven wrong.lol wow you are one arrogant ignorant person......you PROVED nothing......show me WHERE in that BS you "PROVED" the president Spent a dime? You cannot because it is not there....you just attempted to fabricate a perceived "COST" of what you think Obama's actions is/are CAUSING. let's put it this way....if I toss a ball through your window I did not "spend" or "buy" a new window for you.....You tell me not to go on about immigration? this is NOT about immigration? Then why did you bring it up? lol you are very confused.....and your anger is obvious......WE ARE A nation of immigrants....and these 4-5 million "illegals" did not come across the mexican border like you and your right wing nut jobs believe.......most of them ARE working, and are NOT simply sitting around consuming resources (all this healthcare, food stamps, education you claim)....they simply are not. The fact that they are ILLEGAL in the first place makes it hard to do what you attribute....Many of these people are individuals who come here to do or see something, and then simply STAY.....they choose not to go home. They get a job, or go to school, or stay with friends and family.....etc.Tell me this....HOW will you PAY for rounding up and deporting these people? would it not be simple and easier and less costly and MORE humane and decent to just accept them and offer citizenship so we can in fact include them in out population as productive members?? the president acted the way he did simply because CONGRESS is UNABLE and UNWILLING to do a darn thing ....just like you originally stipulated when i tried ...TRIED to agree with you.Look it up....the president does not spend or tax, that is the domain of congress.http://www.answers.com/Q/Can_the_presid ... rovalAgain, you refuted NOTHINGDaburglar wins again! Gahhhhd I am soooo smahhht.......
