Re: "Gamble, drink and die"
I got 4 to the royal 5 times and didn't hit it ONCE! What's that? It only hits 1 in 47 times? Yeah, but I got it THREE times and didn't even come close! RIGGED!
I wrote in another thread recently that while playing 50-play on the site I was dealt 4 to RF three times in a short time period, and didn't hit a single RF - that's 150 tries with an unrigged flash RNG.
After the earlier messages today on the subject I decided to go to the NGC site and see if they had anything on the subject. Lo and behold, I found a brief overview - a Powerpoint presentation - of what process is followed to get new machines approved for casinos. The same process would be followed for changes to existing machines. The overview states that in the case of game software, the code must be provided as well. The "Regulation 14" it refers to is the gaming device section of the regulations, which includes the randomness provisions. This process would be followed for any machine component, even things like new bill validators.

i think you misunderstood me.the rngs cannot change the payback over time, just the individual wins on each cardholder.

that's exactly what i'm saying.i have learned nothing for the past month on this column.
We have tried to show you puncuation and sentence structure several times and finally gave up. Don't feel bad.
I remember a classmate from the sixth grade he was also a slow learner, but did not give up and kept trying. He went on to finish high school and has a nice family and has his on biz now. We are still friends to this day.
I never bring up his challenges from the past.

What you stated above is strictly forbidden by the regulations.
And, I understand you perfectly. You are claiming the manufacturers of the VP machines, who have nothing to gain by an illegal RNG, have placed them in VP machines anyways. This is absurd. Give us one single reason why a multi-million dollar company would risk their entire business with nothing at all to gain? Awaiting your reply ...

Do you mean a situation where Rob's card, or special plays, cause him to get nice hits at the expense of other players, so that the overall machine payback isn't affected? As SM said, that's a clear violation of the regs. If Rob were to hit more quads and RF's than expected for his amount of play, other players would have to be cheated out of quads and RF's to keep the overall machine payback at an expected level.
I was a little bored tonight, so I decided to hack into the IGT website and check out game code (Shhh! Don’t tell anyone, or I’ll get in trouble!). You’d think that they’d be a little more careful with that stuff! Anyway, when I scanned the code I did find 1700 places where a special play causes a result other than what would come up based on the laws of probability. I took the liberty of replacing all of them with my own versions. More on that at the end of this post. I also left a little surprise for Rob, which he’ll soon start to see every time he hits the “Deal” button. I'm so bad. :

nope, not saying the manufacturers go against the regulations.i'm saying the casinos can control the payouts in a community room where all machines are linked.but, over a period, year, etc.,they average out.they just give wins, according to slot card in.

Nope, no such thing and expressly forbidden by the regulations.
Everytime we educate you on the regulations you make up something new. Why don't you try finding the regulations and actually read them. CD gave you a pointer and I can give you more information.
Could it be you don't really want to know how the machines operate and exactly what the regulations state?
