     Froot Loops....Now there is a blast from the past for me. Did everyone see how Tedlark totally fabricated and lied (and still refuses to show where he came up with his original post) about a so called top 6 (SIX) dynasties and the patriots are honorable mention?   This is total BS, it does not exist, he just made it up because he thinks no one will check his BS.     Those of you who clicked my link know what I am talking about......he then became furious that I totally exposed him and has been ever since just flinging anything he can think of, including expressing extremely hilarious (yet also disturbing and really hurtful) comments about some VERY real health issues that many people suffer from.....what's the motive and point behind that?   I dunno but I think Webman needs to be made aware of it, it is really for Tedlark's well being I do this....afterall if he is incapable of controlling his emotions when he gets shown up, no telling what else he might post.

Funny also how now its the steelers who are Ted's team......I could have sworn a while back he said (or implied anyway) he was a Bears fan????ANyway, The patriots have not cheated in the deflategate........no proof has surfaced yet as to who did what and when.    And spygate was simply a case of the Patriots being hung out to dry for a practice that ALL TEAMS, at one time or another, had engaged in going back to the 1960s.  The patriots (by virtue of the fact they won several super bowls) suddenly became a target in 2007 and were ratted out by an ex-assistant coach with a grudge against the greatest coach in the history of the game, Bill Belichick.    This is all undeniable........spying on opposing teams in football is as OLD as the game itself.   So everyone who complains about this is simply resentful of the Patriots unparalleled success!

Nobody has still defined just what constitutes a "Dynasty", so I standby the fact that 14 plus years of winning records, 13 playoff appearances and division titles, 6 super bowl appearances, 9 AFC Championship games, and 3 ACTUAL super bowl TITLES (i.e. WINNING THE "BIG GAME") clearly and unequivocally constitute a DYNASTY!!!!!  Bill Belichick has the most Super Bowl Coaching appearances, the MOST postseason/playoff victories, and is fourth all time in total victories in "only" 15 total years as a head coach (while guys like landry and shula coached for 20-25 plus years....or more!!!)    The fact he did this in the salary cap era clearly makes him the greatest of all time.

But what IS very telling is the fact that TEDLARK is SO UPSET by the mere possibility that someone might have called him gay....ask yourself, why is this such a big deal to Tedlark?

Da Landry and Shula did not have as many regular season games back then also the playoff format was completely different back then. You might want to edit your post to include that difference.

You might want to edit your post to include that difference.no need to edit, you just mentioned it.....and yes I totally agree, up until 1978 the seasons only went 14 games instead of 16, and there was one less playoff team and one less DIVISION per conference.....so what????    The league and the owners did all that for BUSINESS REASONS, coach Belichick had nothing to do with that;   it still does not INVALIDATE what I am saying, because, if you look at Belichick and the PAtriots over the last 14 years, in terms of the postseason, I believe only twice have the  PAtriots NOT had a first round bye (thats twice out of 13 seasons making the postseason.)   SO therefore, Belichick and the PAtriots during this time have only benefitted from having additional postseason games (a total of two) to win TWICE.....thus the possibility of their total wins being inflated in the manner and extent you surmise is really not much of an issue......besides, you still need to WIN whatever postseason games you play in order to achieve the total Belichick and Brady have, and that is what is important.Roger Maris, while NOT taking steroids like Barry Bonds and MCgwire and Sosa, tied babe ruth's record of 60 homers within the 154 games that RUTH played in order to SET the record.....MAris did not hit his 61st homer until the last game of the season, game 162.   So maris benefitted from having 8 extra games.......but Roger Maris did not make the decision to expand the season to 162 games, and he still broke the record and eventually had the asterisk removed.   Individual players and coached, and the records they set, are meant to be debated and compared and refuted, just like we are doing now.Remember folks, this is all my opinon, supported of course by oodles of facts......

Here's more evidence/facts:     Brady (and coach Bill)  DID NOT CHEAT as it pertains to all these soft balls the Patriots supposedly played with during last week's game.....read it and weep all you Patriots Haters!!!   HAHAHA   it is all about SCIENCE!http://www.forbes.com/sites/mikeozanian ... ahootixSee, there are certain things NO ONE has been able to refute or even address during this entire alleged cheating scandal.....(1)  Where were all the NFL referees, who CLEARLY are responsible for approving ALL game balls prior to each Kickoff (beginning of game and Halftime)???   Clearly, THEY dropped the ball (pun intended) in all this, and THAT is just as big of an issue as ANY team cheating........and as I said before, IF the NFL, one of THE most regulated and watched businesses in the world, can have such a lapse, then clearly ANY casino in the world can have machines or employees who are NOT fair or Kosher or up to snuff or whatever term you want!    The logic of this argument is IRONCLAD.....2)  During the football game (which the Patriots WON 45 to 7) the SOFT balls that supposedly gave the Patriots a POSSIBLE edge were only used in the FIRST HALF, which New England wound up leading 17-7 at halftime (and remember, the COLTS missed a very "make-able" field goal which should have made the game even closer (17-10) at halftime, something that has NOTHING to do with Patriot's balls.     During the SECOND HALF, the Patriots' footballs were all inflated to the correct degree, and the Patriots outscored the colts 28-0!    During the 2nd half, Tom Brady's stats far exceeded his first half stats, so clearly, the "EDGE" everyone thinks he received was way overblown or overstated!    And as many other Pro Quarterbacks (including Aaron Rodgers, who is considered the BEST quarterback and player in the NFL today) said that whatever edge you MIGHT get from a softer football in terms of being able to grip it, you SURRENDER much in terms of the football's aerodynamic traits which in turn decreases velocity, distance and accuracy.  So the so-called "EDGE" is, once again, a myth.   And if the Edge is a "myth" then the so-called cheating (which again never actually took place but if it did....) is a non-factor.3)   The air pressure in the Patriot's game balls had Nothing to do, nor influenced, the fact that the Colt's offense was totally overmatched against New England's defense.Final Analysis:    New England's unequalled and unprecedented success over the last 14-15 years has made them the quintessential "bad guys" in the NFL, much in the same way that the New York Yankees, from 1927 thru 1964 were HATED by almost everyone except their fans in NYC proper.......success, especially sustained, DOMINANT success is resented by most Americans unless they themselves are the beneficiary of such success.     This is all self-evident and beyond argument.......The Patriots have a HUGE target on their backs, which is fine, we'll deal with it and wear that target proudly, because there will be a day in the near future when both Brady and Belichick will be gone, and all we will have is the fond memories of this unprecedented success we are now enjoying and everyone else is HATING!     HAHAHAHAHAAHA!!!!

Dab, I am glad you like NE and Tom Brady. I like them as well and early on picked them to get to the SB. I still think in light of what Seattle did against Green Bay in the final minutes, and the fact that it is unlikely that Russell Wilson will play as poorly as he did in the first 58 minutes of that game, Seattle will win the Super Bowl. Should be a great game.
