Overkill Replay of Commecials

I'll be the first to admit I must watch too much t.v. but what the heck is with these same commercials over and over.  ENOUGH, PLEASE  lol   I have to admit; I have enjoyed the Miller commercial with the karaoke patron singing, but even that seemed to get on my nerves after months and months of overplay.  I noticed tonight that that commercial seems to have finally been replaced by one being taken place in the same liquor store, same man behind the counter; but with Troy Aikmen starring in the role of the patron.  HOORAY   Only bad part is I've already seen it at least 5 times in the last half hour.    By far, THEE MOST annoying, i.m.o. HAS to be AT&T and the family loving their reliable provider......YEEK

include me in the list of watching too much tv. one of the networks got a load of complaints when replaying the same RORY MCILROY watch commercial. you may have only see it if you watch golf. and, what is it with the volume increasing during commercials.

Thats supposed to be illegal now, but it is only regulated via a complaint system that no one is really aware of.

I enjoy seeing my favorite casino's commercial, usually airing Th or Fri. Everybody is having fun, which is actually a fair representation.Casino commercials are interesting for us now as regular consumers.

"He gave his father `the talk'...his mother has a tattoo that says, `son'...if opportunity knocks and he's not home, opportunity waits...Cuba imports cigars from him...it has never been `his bad'..."+1     totally agree, I always pay attention when this guys is on....Normally, I Mute the TV when commercial breaks appear;  I find the majority of Commercials to be dumb, dumber, and totally inane.....insulting to most people's intellect too.It seems the best time for commercials, in my memory, was during the 80s.....things like "where's the Beef?"   and the long lost "Budweiser  BUD BOWL" commercials were from an era where capitalism at least TRIED to sell you stuff without appealing to your most base, and stupid, impulses.Anyone remember the "Mr Cholseterol" commercials for MArgarine back in the day?    The not so hillarious side of this is, we now know that the margarine they produced and sold to people in the 1970s thru the late 1980s was full of the worst kinds of fats and actually made most people even MORE susceptible to heart disease than they would have been just sticking with plain old butter.    PArtially Hydrogenated Oils are far more harmful than the saturated fat found in butter!Also, I still recall ads for cigarettes and chewin tobacco......mostly from the 1970s but I think the last ad I recall seeing was Chuck Yeager for "Skoal" sometime around 1983 or so.....maybe a little later.The old  Federal Express commercials, with the guy who used to talk REALLY REALLY fast are also a fond memory of mine.....Southwest Airlines in the late 1980s and thru most of the 1990s. with Herb Kelleher (former CEO) are awesome too and had a lot to do with that company's overall success.   "You are now free to move about the country" is an example of an advertising campaign totally   "NAILING it"  with a slogan
