      Last year there was a water treatment plant built across from the casino. They were trucking in water needed by the casino, so they had plans to build their own water treatment plant, which they did. Today they announced a expansion.    They will be building a hotel and expanding the gaming and dining options. There will be table games and more slots, in addition to a diner similar to the one at Soaring Eagle. Plans are incomplete at this time, but they hope to start construction in April or May. Completion is expected by early next spring.         Dave
