I'm surprised Nevada -- of all places -- has no online casinos. Yes physical casinos are ubiquitous but methinks they would love their online games in people's homes to make gambling really 24/7.

Most likely it's fear of competition. It would be costly to enter the Nevada market with a new b&m casino resort. Online doesn't have the same barriers to entry.

Nevada online sports betting is also dysfunctional. To register an account, you must physically visit a retail outlet. This shuts out big potential operators such as Draftkings and Fanduel.
