Congratulations!  Proving once again that video poker addicts are creatures of habit, returning to the lucky machine from another visit!

Marie,
Creatures of habit plus you can't discount the impact of positive thoughts when you're on your "Favorite machine". Of course, the more time on a machine the more opportunities for hits which reinforces....

Very nice, LL ... has happened to me twice already this year, at Parx East and Bally's LV

Great hits! That puts you on a run for 5-6 dealt RF for the year.

Proves the adage that Diamonds are a ladys best friend.

She is now going for the cycle - hit the dealt Hearts, dealt Diamonds,......guess she needs to move up in denomination.

So nice...  all the discussions on this board about dealt Royals.  I'm so hoping that I get to see one some time soon.  Keep up that dealt royal goodness. Roveer

I congratulate her on this dealt royal. But I cant help keep wondering just how much the two of you are in the hole given all the regardless, playing as much as you identify without ever quitting until you lose most or all of it. I have now realized since my early fiveplay royal that if you want to stay ahead, you have to learn how to defeat your addiction demons. That Ive done, and I have not played a hand of anything in over two months since collecting that sweet $20000. If we all did the same we would all be that much happier. Heres to hoping sweety c is happier!

backsider,
Being on a semi-fixed retirement income, the key (for us) is setting a limit on what is acceptable as an "entertainment" bank roll, sticking with it and having luck in hitting more hits to sustain play. We both often put big hit tickets away until we leave the casino.
