Serious loss for your friend, killing for Teflon Dan. At least his horrific luck wasn't contagious.

Remember that everyone’s bankroll is relative...he lost, but for him not serious or even close. He plays higher stakes, which gives him bigger wins, but bigger losses too.

Another single hit night, but it was a good one.
Played .25c 5 play deuces and pretty quickly saved three hearts to a royal and on the last line 5 managed to snag the other two for a royal with cheese. Up +$921 at this point. Nice...
Decided to keep on going, not so nice. But then decided to just call it up +$602 and live to fight another day.
Cheers!

Forgot to bring my phone this session of .25c 5 play deuces. Didn’t matter, got the case of the post-royal run-bad and gave back -$500. Easy come, easy go.
Cheers!

The run bad continues, -$560 on .25c 5 play deuces. Started with a br of $500 and dropped to under $100 very quickly, then a 90 min battle at one point almost to $300, and at one point down to $15, but just couldn’t seem to close the deal. Even after 4 trip deuce flops could not connect with a 4th. Sigh...decided to give up $60 more and then surrender with the white flag.
Cheers

Can one hit 3 quad deuces in a deuces wild session and still come out negative? Of course, I just proved it tonight. Actually, I do believe I’ve had one or two sessions when I hit a royal and came out minus, but don’t want to think about that :)
Anyway, another session of .25c 5 play deuces. Lost my session of $500 perhaps the fastest ever. Couldn’t hit anything. Had to be less than 20 minutes of play. Yowza.
I had $400 left and of course lots of time to play, so decided to do more battle. It was a long one but in the end managed to hit 3 quad deuces and one flopped royal with one deuce. I didn’t go for it and saved it all for 625 coins like the good book says but oh so tempting. So reduce the damage when all was said and done to a total of -$248...it could of been worse...and could of been a lot better.
Cheers

Losses starting to mount, similar to last session. Played .25c 5 play deuces, started with $500 and went to $20 very rapidly. Then kind of started a somewhat long struggle keeping alive, at one point fought back to almost $200, but just couldn’t catch anything. Decided not to push it this time and may take a break from the bleeding.
Cheers

Decided to go to quality over quantity. Needed to change pitchers. So went back to somewhat trusty but somewhat not as exciting single line .25c full pay deuces. It works this time as we hit the deuces and post a modest win, +$150. There are advantages and disadvantages to playing single vs multi-line games. I’m not saying one is better or worse than the other (minus ER and variance). When 5 play runs good it runs very good, but the flip side is when it’s running bad, runs very bad. Single line games, especially fpdw, seems to level the peaks and troughs and a bit more steady, for the most part. Of course I’ve had -$600 sessions of fpdw and +$1100 sessions. But the game is mostly plus or minus a hundred or two and wins or losses greater than that are more rare. Not sure why I’m saying all this. Most reading my posts know this already, maybe it’s to the newbies.
Cheers
