Ah! Yes, sideways view a bit easier. Only need half as many brews to see the deuces clearly. I only need the pineapple ring and not the cake too. If I read an episode of Superman Bizarro world before I go on the forum, all is well. I seem to connect with quad deuces more with 2 being held than 3. I guess that is because you get so many more chances with 2 than 3. Similar to connecting with the Royal holding 3 and not 4. More Royals will hit over time holding 3 than 4.

Hit the ducks on probably the less “grinding” session thus far. Don’t think I was ever much behind. +$250 for this one.
Cheers
P.S. finally hit one holding three deuces.

Took it on the chin on .25c fpdw this session. Played 4 hrs which is usual my max as I start to get sore, tired, and make mistakes. Just couldn’t produce anything and it takes -$400. Too tired to be upset, just shake my head at the vp gods and move on. I do remember one brutal hand when I held the 10,J,and A of clubs and on the draw got the K clubs and Queen of clubs....only it wasn’t the Queen of clubs, but queen of spades. I really thought I finally bagged the elephant on that one. Brutal stuff. ...oh well. Some days the bug and some days the windshield.

I posted and no idea where it went. Bummer. Cliff notes version, took 2 weeks off vp to shake off the cold streak. Didn’t work. Donated another -$185. Not enjoying vp these days and not sure what the future of vp is for me right now. If I’m not enjoying playing vp, I’m not playing vp. And haven’t enjoyed it for awhile now. Not sure what else to say. Been playing fairly regular vp since 2007 and had ups and downs but never considered walking away as seriously as I do right now. All I can say is que sera sera..whatever will be, will be.

You always have my weekly report! No DW manhunt, though.

Dan apparently is taking a break from VP. I noticed he visited the forum about a week ago. Hope he is doing well and returns to posting soon either here or elsewhere.

Update: Hello. Make a long story short, I started up playing vp on a more regular basis in October. For every downswing, there is an upswing and vice versus. Fortunately, I’ve been on
an upswing hitting 4 royals in the last 3 weeks and a lot of deuces playing 99% nsud (getting full points and multipliers with the game, better than fpdw). Mostly .25c single line, sometimes .50c but wish to avoid w2g at the moment.
I haven’t posted nor will likely post very much because I feel I’ve said everything I wanted to say in the past pages. Now it’s pretty much a bunch of pluses and minuses. I don’t see the point in that except to keep score, which I can do just fine. If anything interesting does happen, I’ll post but right now I’m in “under the radar” mode. May the rng be ever in your favor!
