Hey. I don't see any cheating going on here.
They allowed the machines to take wagers of larger than$5 denoms. That isn't cheating, although it is the against the CO regs which are some of the most stringent in the country.
Careless. Absolutely. Poor management. Certainly. Cheating - NO WAY.

Mr Aces- yes they had those machines but also had defective machines, according to the article. Machines that they were told to get out 3 years ago. Machines with program problems they were not paying out properly.
