I must admit though, sometimes I fantasize how it must feel to be able to play $10-15K a night without a worry like some people I've seen.LL

Do you mean play $10-15K a night (i.e. coin-in), or bring that much to the casino to gamble with?
Hey, if I'm going to dream its going to be a big dream - $10-15K to play not coin-in.

Last spring Sweet C and I pooled our money to play $VP machine, The guy next to us is playing $90/hand Spin Poker. Hundreds are flying into his machine, when he hits a hand-pay I congratulate him and he tells me was down $11K at the time he hits. Then he shares pic's of his previous night's $72K hand pay. During the next 20 minutes and two RF later he is back even. Big hits - big losses.

I had a similar experience while playing a multi line machine (three lines 50c).

The person beside me was playing super aces, 10 lines, for dollars, and was dealt the four aces.  After he received his $20000 hand pay, he commented that, now, he was almost even for the weekend.

To me, it's hard to imagine anyone being willing to lose that much playing video poker.

On the other hand, if someone had told me 10 years ago that my main play would become 5 line 50c, I would have thought they were crazy!

Maybe, one already did - I'm married to her.

I do understand 3/5 50¢ with full-pay is addictive. It is hard to go back to 25¢ 3/5 play.
