Re: My Journey on Video Poker
Lacking your decades of crash and burn experience, I must resort to gimmicks.

Every trip I make to Vegas, I have the exact same slot play:
$20 into Wheel of Fortune
$20 into Megabucks
$20 into White Orchid
$20 into Cleopatra
and that's literally it. I honestly don't even remember the last time I played a slot other than those 4. I leave when the $20 is gone or if I get anywhere above $100. Obviously I lose way more than I win, but this $80 is about all it takes to scratch my slots itch. Video poker, on the other hand.... ugh.

Played .25c 5 play deuces tonight.
The misses once again take its toll. Hit two quad deuces but was never up. -$500 for this one. Need that stubborn Royal. Twice draw for one card to the Royal and still eludes me.
Cheers

Weren't you dealt a royal on multiline just a week or so ago?

Long story short, quick session of .25c 5 play deuces. Hit the ducks and cashed out up +$206.25.
Followed it up with quick hit 7’s $1.50 max spin and hit...not much. Down -$100.
So total for tonight: +$106.25.

What was once a loss is now a win...
Tonight is one of those examples of how important having a bankroll is when gambling, especially, in video poker.
I played the recently usual .25c 5 play deuces. Started with $500 sessions roll. After a fairly lengthy struggle with two flopped trip deuces and one flop one card to a Royal blank, went bust.
I had a choice to either accept the loss and come back another day or do the game over/play again route. Since I had the time and didn’t fell that tired, decided to give it a round two with another $500.
Fortunately round 2 was a decided victory as I hit 3 quad deuces. Ironically enough they were hit holding just one deuce...3 separate times. Again, flopped trip deuces three times and one card to a Royal flop and blanks. But it’s coming sooner or later.
Therefore, cashed out at $1,128.75. So we escape this one up +$128.75.
Cheers!
PS unfortunately had problems uploading the pics. Will try one more time to do so.

Shocking. Hell froze over in the Northeast, too, though!
