Quick (Quads) Lunch - Hollywood, Aurora

Work put me near enough the Hollywood Casino in Aurora, IL today that I decided to stop in for lunch. I noticed that their sole Quick Quads machine was vacant so I decided to test fate and seeded it with $1,000.00.

I was down to $250.00 and resigned to a losing session when after being dealt 4 to the royal:

I decided to mutter on and play down to $500.00 and:

I then figured I'd play down to my original $1,000.00 and:

Lunch was over and I left up $900.00 without getting a decent Quick Quads hit.

Congratulations. I also love the transparency of information. The machines tell you points today and length to next point. CET only gives TCs on current machine. Borgata is even more opaque.

I didn't think about upping the denomination until after I got out of there and I don't really like to play "what if." But with the way Quick Quads can make a bankroll pull a Houdini it would be a cause for pause.
