Went down Sat. morning-arriving around 10:30. We were meeting our nephew and his wife (we got them a room) at. We played a very long time on our first $300. DW Bonus .50, and nickel STP Spinpoker. We were never way ahead-pretty much stayed even till they arrived at 3.
 
My nephew played craps and won $575. We started to lose. We ate lunch and dinner at the chairmans club -it was very good. It was the first time I ever ordered drinks there and they were very accomodating-their white zin was delish.
 
Lost lost lost the rest of the night. Watched 2 forgettable movies. Sunday morning we decided since we werent going down again till the end of the month we would play a little more. Hit a few nice hands on DW Bonus $1 -straight flushes and 5trees,-then I got the 4 deuces! now we are in good shape played a little more there and then went to single line Bonus on STP dollars. 
 
We were holding our own with the last $100 we were willing to lose (not gonna give back all the winnings this time-need to pad the bankroll for 4 days in AC end of the month!) and we get an 8X mult and we are dealt 2 deuces. We deal and there they are-4 deuces for $1600! woohoo! After that we played a little 3line STP dollars and got a bunch of 200-300 hits. We ended up going home up around 1600 bucks! Yesssss

Happy to hear your trip was successful! Although we responded right away, the last three flights to AC that Harrah offered us were already booked. That had not been the case previously. Makes one wonder what's with them and ponder the rumors that abound.

Marie Harrah's owner did a financial end around earlier this week and they are on firmer ground for a while. They have cut 500 million in expenses but they still have 24 billion in total debt. The bottom line is that Apollo Management isn't ready to muck their cards on Harrah's just yet.
