Triple Trouble

Is Triple trouble poker with the 3 devils also a slot machine rather than a true vp machine?

That's a very good question-i am guessing that its still a rng driven poker game with random hands just like super times pay.

However without the devils, the game does not seem to have the same rhythm (for lack of a better word) as regular vp. The devils don't come so often and the base game gives few winning hands. Thoughts?
