ABSENT POSTS NOT ABSENT WINNING
It has been quite some time since we posted. Life has been busy and while the trips have been fewer they did not stop and we have been winning, just no time to post! Things have slowed a bit and we decided that we would take the time to make sure videopoker.com doesn't forget us. This past weekend, we took an excursion to Horseshoe in Bossier City. On Day 1, the jackpots eluded us; however, we got plenty of play hitting 4OAKs and ACES. We ventured out to El Dorado on Day 2 where this little beauty was awaiting...

Arriving back at Horseshoe with my JP safely in one pocket and my phone....uh...my phone....still at El Dorado!!! Rushing back to El Dorado and walking miles to Security, I rescued my phone and realized that I was hungry and that we hadn't been to Diamond Jacks in forever. Sweet J and I ventured over for lunch at Diamond Jacks and after lunch, Sweet J sauntered to the bar, not for liquid satisfaction, but for the Royal Flush kind of satisfaction...

Now, armed with my JP, my phone and a happy wife with her very own JP...we head back to Horseshoe. I was worried about getting a good machine because they were in the middle of those annoying Suitcase drawings!!!

HEHEHE....They drew my name! This turned out to be a quick, fun trip!!

well done Butch. I'm not at all familiar with these properties, where (or which state) is this in exactly? You stated that you generally have good success/winning at VP, which is great.....but what do you primarily attribute this to, your skill and committment to finding good games and opportunities to play VP, or have you and your spouse been exceptionally lucky and fortunate with the hits? I'm just asking based on the paytables that appear in the games you play.....Obviously the suitcase thing was a bonus shot in the arm (i.e. Luck) so to speak, but clearly your long term success is not because of things like that. Again, well done.

Congratulations Butch, I know the feeling - life's been really busy professionally and family related. Making retirement really tiring!
