Nope. Another VP. disaster. The Mrs was able to accomplish her usual. ( pix tomorrow ). My 99.54 paytable quickly translated into a 995.4 loss for the trip. One quad. Few Full houses. The last few trips took care of one of my RMDs in no time. I can’t explain it so I am switching over the exact Mrs game and denomination and her exact hand holds which differ just a bit from the true math. My first test will be late Thursday evening. A solo trip. One downside. It usually requires 6-8 hours of play. I play that much or more anyway though.

So Tuesday was a “grand” debacle! So generous of the Sun. Same old end of year take cycle.

I don't really want to highjack your thread, but, what just happened this morning was certainly bizarre.

My wife and I were sipping our morning coffee, each playing this site's monthly contest. She remarked something like: "Damn - I just drew to four to the royal and got the six of hearts". And, of course, her four royal cards were spades, not hearts, so she got a zero.

Not much later, I was dealt four to the royal, also in spades, and I also drew, believe it or not, the six of hearts!

But, most bizarre of all, a bit later, I drew to the lonely king of spades, and in came the royal!

Not hijacking at all and I wouldn’t care anyway. Yesterday after I busted, I sat down next to the Mrs as she was finishing up with her 10 dollar free play. She was just playing JOB which is what we usually do with the free play for gas money. So in her case, she would just play 40 hands at .25 each. She was dealt 3 deuces back to back, then one junk hand, then 3 deuces again, then 2 junk hands, then 3 deuces again and this time it connected. I have never seen anything like that. Even in millions of hands. That’s why I call it Bizarro world. Your scenario Bizarro too OMT

You got that right Doris. Solo trip tonight with small budget. Mainly going for a little dinner, speed walk in the mall a few times and a little 5 cent play. Wonder if the good hands will come in while I’m playing nickles. Keep your fingers crossed on the market. It seems to want to take a rest.

Thanks Bill. More of the same, but the Mrs did OK yesterday. Guess I am going to have to her game and see how it goes.
