Hey Tech….Cant be much younger if any. I’m 76. It’s a challenge if I don’t make up for lost sleep and of course very bad for you. Sometimes after those long sessions, I can only grab a couple of hours sleep and have to play catch up the next day and get up very late the next day which of course wastes a good part of it. I don’t make it every day, but I try and speed walk for 2 15 minute sessions a day. The casino is huge and I never walk at a slow pace there. Had to shovel a lot of snow already today, ( carefully pacing myself ). I just pulled into Bizarro now to maybe catch some of the game and then a late night session. Luckily, I have a 1 pm checkout and can usually stretch it to 1:30 with housekeeping.

Hmmmm. Dup post. Sorry no idea how that happened. PS….very important to stay hydrated. Almost never get thirsty at our ages. I have to catch myself as well. Helps to watch the carbs and sugar. Very very hard to do!

Last minute trip up just before the game. Strayed off direction on Vp from JOB to Deuces Wild. Both were cold. Bets got too high. Almost a bust. Next tentative trip is this Thursday with the Mrs. Quad Deuces never hit. Job quads were sparse.

And I thought the Chiefs got blown out! And they were on a neutral field. Those ravenous wolves will maul you given the chance.

Just like in pro sports…..veer off from your game plan and it usually means trouble.

I knew I was in serious trouble when I had to rely on quad four to recoup most of my funds. It became a pathetic tilt show. I should have switched to cloning.

I think the world is only able to handle just one FAA in it.

Like anything, the Clone only works sometimes and never exciting until a big hit. Bankroll size is a big issue with it. Next trial will be this Thursday with the Mrs. Speaking of the Mrs, this hit goes with my post from the other day. It’s hers. She’s very consistent where I’m like a jumping bean! 😬. She’s able to beat them up for the last few years with a poor paytable to boot. Luck of the Irish!☘️ Unfortunately it usually requires a marathon. So does the Clone We are very fortunate to be in our mid 70s and still be able to have the energy and stamina for the marathons!!

I am 83 for next ten days.
Been a runner for 57 years. Still do 2-3 miles on treadmill 3-4 days a week so I have decent endurance for my age. No complaints on the health issue.
But I am definitely not a night person. By 10;00 PM I am just about comatose. Late night sessions would be brutal for me.
On casino days, Monday and Tuesday I usually hit the machines by 6:00 AM for 3-4 hours of fairly decent lack of company. Then put up with it from then on.
Best of luck to you.
