I may start to switch out some of my play to Foxwods, even though I enjoy everything about Mohegan sun better. Also on the dollar games at Foxwoods I get points so I can spend Mohegan no. All depends if they are going to keep eroding my benefits especially on overnight stays. A guy I was playing next to last night at Mohegan said when they first reopened after Covid in the first week of June he took them for $17,000 on video poker mostly deuces wild play. He no longer has any room offers whatsoever and minimal comps.Foxwods has extended my platinum status through the end of September that entitles me to lounge benefits but rooms are still based on play I might just give them a shot next week. I know of another story but it is secondhand about a guy I know casually and I don’t see anymore. I heard he was banned permanently from Mohegan sun. He took them for 50 grand on video poker in a very short time. No doubt it was just luck and probably good playing skills. I guess any casino can ban someone for any reason and they don’t even have to have a reason

just about all my associates have been banned from mohegan ! Its ashamed ,it was one of my favorite casinos !

The staff is the bet. The current atmosphere without the smoke is the best. Machines are still good if you know where to look. I wouldn’t be surprised if join the ranks of the banned. I put in 40 hours a week of playing time there. I don’t guess it would help to not use my player’s card as they almost all know me and they have facial recognition as well. Any thoughts on skipping the player’s card?
If I get a hand pay, they know anyway. I only get tier points for the card. No points I can spend. There are very few regular vp players left. I don’t know how many have been banned and how many have just moved on. Anyone I know of that has won big, is no longer playing so I have to assume most were banned. One thing I know for sure. Any wins over 5k draws more attention and more suits. I would love to be a fly on the wall and see what notes they are taking on the watch list. One more very, very, very, strange thing I am discovering. If I don’t vary my betting pattern after a couple of hours, the machine seems to go ice cold when my bets get up in the 10 buck or more range. If I drop back to 5 quarter play, immediately and I mean within the first 2 or 3 hands, I will hit something that pays at least 25 for one. Now that shouldn’t be happening at all. Coincidence???? Maybe. However, it has been happening for 2 weeks now. Hmmmmmmm......Just to add to the strangeness, every session in the last couple of weeks on deuces wild has hit 4 Aces with a kicker between one and three times a session without deuces. At a pay of 4 for one, this doesn’t help my game at all but its almost like somebody wants me to switch games. I actually did switch to DDB for part of one session. Quadless for 4 hours and negative 1,000 from my pocket. Went back to deuces and made it up luckily.

Unfortunately, most of my crew has bought the farm already. May just have to go it myself. I can always have a meeting with the rival family 15 minutes away. I will make them an offer they can’t refuse if I have to. I will probably have to stay out of the barber shops and restaurants up that way. I don’t mind swimming with the fishes. In fact on my honeymoon in Nassau I swam in the midst of a giant school of barracuda with no fear. I just don’t want to sleep with them.

I may have a crew recruit in my FAA and the City post. The rival family idea sounds like a solution. Sometime you just need a shotgun marriage. It worked wonders for me over the weekend at Borgata, felt like a spa day compared to my CET travails. I'm usually consumed by panic and misery there.

as u know Olds, foxwood only has full pay job 9 6 for dollars, so 5 dollars a yank ! on a very bad day or two u could drop 5 grand ! I have done this and the ride home is no fun !!
