Seems to me that Bob Dancer is living YOUR dream and that really seems to bother you.
All I want is to be able to discuss CS as an option on this forum without being attacked. It's as simple as that. I have agreed to limit our discussions of CS to the Recreational Forum where it belongs. This forum should not be ruined by this constant battle of wits. I understand where he is coming from and he should respect our right to have different opinions.

I would say that the most subliminal messages (or the selling dreams part as some people refer to) that I know of comes from the video poker for winners software site run by Action Gaming (who also run this site). I do not think Mr. Dancer publishes Million Dollar Video Poker novel if that opportunity still exists today.
Video Poker for Winners Videos
I am sure this was video was taped long time ago and since the market has changed so much where it is harder if not impossible to achieve what Action Gaming is trying to sell to people.I have no problem with that Video or with Bob Dancer's business in general.....the video is obviously the typical "SALES VIDEO" that virtually ANY company in ANY industry or business might produce to simply promote their particular product, service or agenda. It is blatantly obvious, so blatant in fact that ANY person who gets suckered into diving head first into the so called "vegas lifestyle" based solely on that video, without truly learning ALL the ins and outs and requirements, deserves their fate.Bob said it himself, which most people missed: He shares all his strategies and tips with the people who purchase his products and attend his seminars on how to play with MAximum ADVANTAGE.....but he also stated that their is a certain set of "INSIDER SECRETS" that only he knows which he DOES NOT SHARE in his products or seminars, secrets which (according to him) are what ultimately allow him to turn the profit he does each year (and thus live the....ahem, VEGAS LIFESTYLE referenced in the sales video above.) End of story......he just told all of us that essentially we have no hope of replicating his results because he apparently knows "things" (insider secrets) that no one else does. This is not unique or special.....we could sit here and speculate just what exactly comprise the "insider secrets" that only bob dancer knows ...... I respond with a simple "WHO CARES?" Whatever they are, I have a feeing they tend towards the shady, possibly unethical side of things, because as pertains all the other "stuff" he DOES SHATE and divulge and reveal, it is all pretty simple basic stuff that only requires the will and discipline to master, but as we all know. MOST people are lazy and not to bright when it comes to basic math and therefore they never get past the KNOWN aspects to even begin to ponder the UNKNOWN aspects of Bob's "insider secrets".....And FYI: The so called "Vegas lifestyle", is (1) basically extremely Unhealthy, such that you could call it a "deathstyle" unless your seriously curtail the more injurious aspects of it; (2) desensitizes you to a whole spectrum of things that are essential to having a balanced, happy, healthy mental outlook on life and a pleasant personality; (3) AND perhaps most pertinent, the Vegas "lifestyle" is one of the most overblown, overrated, nebulous concepts foisted on a gullible society since the "Tom Vu Seminar" on Real Estate "Strategy"...... (I cannot wait to see how many of you even remember just who the FLIP Tom Vu was!)

Not angry at all, you can tell me in person why you would play in a casino that you presume is not on the up and up [for 6 years]. And its not just you there are a few other posters that constantly lament how bad VP is around the country, not just AC, but continue to cry and complain but STILL go back for more. I find notes1 to be the most honest, he doesn't win in AC, he stopped going. Like I said Phil has another agenda, he's just jealous of Bob Dancer.
Like I said Phil has another agenda, he's just jealous of Bob Dancer.
There is some truth to this. His business model is a work of art worthy of a Nobel prize. Think what you want about me, I'm tired of fighting a phantom. Players desperately want to win and will believe anything that gives them the slightest glimmer of hope. As long as players have a need to believe, Bob Dancer will thrive and prosper. The problem is when you sell people a dream and it doesn't come true, they get angry. Those that aren't angry are still hoping the dream will come true and are quick to defend the dream maker. I've said enough about this issue and my mind is clear. If the dream doesn't come true for you, you can't say I didn't tell you so.

I just would like to meet you since it seems it will not entail any type of inconvenience or herculean effort on anyone's part (i.e. you always go to harrahs on thursday and I will happen to be in AC at the same time.......easy peasy.)

Finally, after several losing sessions starting 2016, had an hour yesterday before a meeting and ran a $1.00 9/6 JOB up to plus $200 without a quad. Went to a .50 SDB game king and was dealt quad Kings for $300 within the 1st 5 minutes. Cashed out a $500 win. Still down so far for the year though. At Borgata.

Actually this is a lot of what we play now, since the 2000 AWAK and 2,3,4 800 have dried up. We still get plenty of quads but its always 7,10,8,k crap like that on DDB but bigger hands are no more. We have started to switch to $2 Bonus Deluxe and have had more success than $1 DDB.
