I didn’t know 1958 was the final Wheaties year. I was trying to figure it out without Google and assumed 1959. Amazing how infrequently I use coins nowadays. It does feel like a lost part of childhood.

Must be more aggressive on my free play. I went .500 on my two $5 machine hands last week and was looking forward to another crack at the machine. Such a pleasure to get $120 from a FH, almost as much as a quad. Even nicer to swiftly get an actual quad once I moved back to my usual dollar machines. I am kicking myself for not returning to it five hours later after witnessing a $4K TDB jackpot.
FAA, are you going to start airing videos of your play?

Nope. It’s so dispiriting to be everyone’s human good luck charm. And after my first hand pay, I’m out of here. Like Jordan’s last bucket for the Bulls.

A little bit more history…..The 1909 Indian head penny. The last of the Mohegans. No actually it is lady Liberty. 1909 also happens to be the first year of the Lincoln Wheat cent. FAA just happened to stumble on the last year of that design 1958. When I was 7 or 8, it was not that uncommon to find an Indian penny in regular pocket change as at the time, the last one ( 1909 ) was less than 50 years old. The Lincoln Wheat cent that FAA found is actually about 67 years old.
Last night was a losing session, about 300, but all my fault. I was up 300 on the above Clone method. I pushed to dollar play and gave it all back plus 300 more. Tomorrow night will be an overnight trip with ( Mrs Discipline ) 😊

Yeah, the Wheaties of my youth were the Indian pennies of yours. Not that uncommon, but still a treat. You sure got scalped by the tribe. With +$300 in the barn, I would get conservative if not quit altogether. I don’t want to provoke any more $600 negative swings. Wolf (Mohegan) was well fed.
