Re: The Path
Minor loss day. I won $33 from $25 Bally's FP. Lost craps FP, six to seven. Lunch at PAL. Back at Bally's, I hit $19 quad for $8 profit. At Caesars I hit another quad for $16 profit. Progressive $1,001. I then lost $59 in thirty min of .25 JOB. Can't duck a beating. Net post trip loss $20. Another fiasco. I should have stayed home, as usual. Rule of thumb seems one quad per hour to break even. Consolation welcomed.

Minor loss day, rinse and repeat. I won $35 on $25 Bally's FP, then gave it all back plus $20. Fifty denom splurge. I lost craps FP yet again, nine to seven. Dazed and destitute, I trekked to ATM for $160. Lost $40 on two .25 Caesars JOBs. Dollar time. $130 to $68 low. At $77, I was dealt three nines. Ship finally came in with the fourth for $75. I spun off the chair and sank to my knees in catharsis. Quads of $25, $25, $75 and still left Caesars in the red. Fieri late lunch. I clawed four bucks back down at Bally's. My 52 TCs cost four bucks. Net -$44. It could have been worse. ATM trip was good exercise. Minimal damage ensued. I had my heart in my mouth the whole time on dollar JOB. I am fried to a farethewell. Way over my head. Crisis narrowly averted. $1,026 Progressive. Plenty of luxury cars on CET casinos in the latest round of drawing scams.

Minor win day. I won $37 on $25 Bally's FP, gave back $12 in torturous play and left. Craps $25 FP a big win on an eight point. Lady gave me an extra $10 in chips and I split. I was uncomfortable staying in the casino, so I hit Caesars. I won $3 on .25 machine before the sticky buttons overcame me. Moved to dollar JOB and hit a $25 quad to leave up $25. Back to Bally's and hopefully my old machine. But no! Elderly Chinese lady took over with a vengeance! She hit a quad and increased to .50 play. Four minutes later, $2,000 Royal Flush! I was stunned and inconsolable. I won a few bucks and walked to Resorts in record time. Cheap chili, as watery as my eyes. Back at Caesars, same lady was grinding away at the JOB Progressive! Gotta have that $1,010, I guess. What a pure junkie addict! I hit a $19 quad, but had a $14 net machine loss of course. I had to get away from her, but still wanted to play. So, dollar JOB. I lost $90. ATM time. After $950 coin in, I thankfully hit a $75 quad to claw back a good bit. I did a little dance in the aisle. After the smoke cleared, I officially left town net +$16. Due entirely to a lucky crap shoot and employee error. A blessing to emerge unscathed? Reader feedback appreciated.

I was really losing it in the moment. I was running hot on it before it went cold and I foolishly bailed for next door. Still bitterly replaying the timeline. Nightmare scenario. My trip was basically to obtain confirmation that RFs do occur on that bank since mine fourteen months ago. They do, to luckier people.

I have been over royaled in my life time. I remember playing downtown at the Cal and throwing all 5 cards away and was dealt a royal flush on the re-deal. I once had 3 royals in 4 days at the old Vegas Club playing single line .25
On the other hand my wife struggles to get a royal and is probably behind over the years.
Sometimes they come in bunches so maybe your turn is coming.

I was surrounded by handpays at Caesars after the Bally's fiasco. Might be a sign to pack it in entirely.

June boon! I could not get on any machines. All four on the Bally's bank were monopolized by twenty year olds betting a quarter a hand and ordering drinks. I waited out the loser quartet and got last week's RFer. I only made $3.50 from $10 FP, so I moved over to play the $15 left. I made $35. Encouraged, I went to fifty with a $20. I was vanishing. Then I got four to a SF and drew the six of clubs for a $125 hit. Still a craps FP loser. I sat out a snake eyes roll. But next came boxcars!
My rule is to quit all gambling after a SF or RF. I want that as my day's memory, not losing. But it was Multiplier RC day, 3-100. I got the three. Off to Caesars. I won $18 on quarter JOB. Bored and not earning, I hit the dreaded dollar area. 17 TC, but lost two bucks in an hour. Lunch upstairs. After, I turned twenty into forty and left with 10 TC more. Net +$166. Wish they were all this profitable. 35 TC means 105 RC, or $1.05. Good thing I got that Straight Flush. Multiplier days are a joke for VP players. We're predetermined to get the min, I feel.

Massacre. I won $30 on $25 Bally's FP, then gave it back. I eventually lost $100 cash. I won $25 table FP on a eight point hit. Then I decided to bet against the shooter and lost $20 of it on the next two rolls. Lunch at HRC. ATM for $140. I lost $113 of it over two hours. Nominal $25 quad barely made a dent. $1,048 Progressive. Guy twenty yards away went ballistic; $4,000 RF No Joker on Joker Poker. My big mistake today was getting out of bed. Net -$233.
