Offer from Caesars
They offer $15000 free play for hitting 110000 base tier credits (i guess the bonus TC won't count) by the end of 2020. Offer will be issued in Jan/2021.
Playing 9/6 JoB, the loss is 110000 * 20 ($20 = 1 TC) * 0.005 = $11000
And I can also get $1100 reward credits with bonus credits.
So I guess this is a good offer in theory. Has anyone got similar offer before? And will that $15K free play be given in total, not spanning over time?

I've had a number of offers like this.
Harrah's Tahoe used to have this kind of offer over a weekend, up to playing $1 million over a weekend and receiving $10K (1%). (There were lesser amounts you could play and still earn 1%, but this was the max.) They had 9/6 Jacks in stakes up to $10 ten play and $100 single line. The offer stated whether it was free play or cash. I don't remember just now. To me it was a $4,600 giveaway and I jumped on it. (Admittedly I'm not a recreational player, know 9/6 Jacks perfectly, and have a bankroll.)
Were I invited to the offer you describe and lived nearby, I would take it. One benefit you don't mention is this much play gets you 7 stars status if you limit yourself to 5,000 reward credits a day for several of the days (which will earn you an addition 10,000 tier credits per day. Not good for this promo, but it's good for Seven Stars.) If you play the entire $1.1 million in one day, you won't qualify for Seven Stars as you'll only get one 10,000 tier credit bonus.
A factor not discussed yet is do you have the bankroll for this? Assuming you're playing $5 single line --- or higher --- it takes more gambling bankroll than many players have to play this promotion. Even though you have a significant advantage, losing $30,000 or more before you collect the $15,000 (if you're not bankrupt before you get there) is definitely possible. For many folks, that would be a financial or psychological disaster.

Thank you Bob.
But if royal flush doesn’t happen, the only hope of the next good offer like this may come in next year or never...

1. You don't have to decide at the outset what level you're going for. You can change your mind along the way.
2. There will be numerous promotions during the year. Do your play then. That won't affect the number of base tier credits you earn, but it will affect how much other stuff (RCs, TVs, whatever) you get along the way.
3. On a $5 single line machine, you figure to get two royals and eight straight flushes, for $60K in W2Gs. On a $10 single line machine, you get the same amount in W2Gs (half as many of each, but for twice as much), but you'll also get about 100 quads for $125,000 additional in W2Gs. Are you ready for that?
4. Can you play that much 9/6 JoB accurately and not get bored?
5. Whether you play this or not, there will be others who do. Are there enough 9/6 JoB machines at the properties so that you're likely to get one when you want?
6. There is no guarantee that halfway through the year they won't make this game $25 or $50 per RC rather than $20.
7. You do have an advantage, but it's a thin one. How serious will it be if you lose $30K trying? Is that a nuisance or a disaster?
