It's tough to keep up with the software for video poker. Winpoker is still a classic. It does everything it needs to for learning to play hands properly. Doesn't have the added features that some of the other software does, but it gets the job done.
I didn't even know there was an APP. I would imagine that it's just a port of the original. I think you could run the original on a toaster these days.
