New software sub-forum

We have added a "software" forum for the discussion of the various video poker programs/sims available to the home user. This should help keep such discussions organized in a single location and make it easier for people to find information about these programs.If software comes up in a discussion about strategy, we will obviously leave that discussion where it was started, but questions and discussions directly related to specific products will reside here.
