Re: Hot Roll vs. Ultimate X
Here's my take:
1) Ultimate X is fun, but can be frustrating when a big hand fails to hit a multiplier. I also prefer the NEW Ultimate X Streak game. Seems to involve same risk/reward, but multipliers can continue to build upon each other hand after hand, instead of disappearing as in Ultimate X.
2) Super Times Pay, I've found, rarely hits. I see people play it and they just NEVER hit on it. I also prefer Double Super Times Pay much more.
3) Hot Roll is an excellent game, BUT, in my experience, the RNG or whatever produces the cards dealt seems to AVOID hitting ANYTHING good, any four of a kinds. It's just astonishing how rare four of a kinds and Royals are in this game, despite the high frequency of multipliers. Very suspicious!
The most fun I've had is with Wheel Poker Four of a Kind and Extra Draw Frenzy. Both games in my experience have provided a NORMAL frequency of four of a kinds, while the above aforementioned games are VERY SUSPECT in that regard.
Of course, those who are math-minded with admonish my superstitions, but this is just my experience so far.

My buddy is a Surgeon in Vegas and one of his clients is one of the top guys at IGT, I had the chance to talk to him about VP. He told me that there's no way for them to change the frequency of quads or royals, they can only change the payouts.
Sometimes i think he's not telling me the truth
specially when i can't hit anything for 2 days

There are ways, but they would clearly be breaking the law if they did.
