Nothing personal, obviously. I hate the hand pay waiters who seize another machine on principle.

Had someone been wanting to play I would have stayed put. No one was, so I moved over.

CK,
Congrats on your awesome hits. We loved the Fort McDowell when we were in Phoenix as couple of years ago. Stayed at another casino and never put in a penny of play there. Always headed to Fort McDowell and it played awesome.

Good to see you an Otabill still posting hopefully, we'll get out that way again and maybe we can meet up.

Ok how about the lobster....what can you tell us about the Lobster?   I just now figured out  AYCE means ALL you can devour.....seeing as how Arizona is not exactly the first place that pops into one's head when you think about  "LOBSTER!", obviously they are trucking the crustaceans in from parts unknown so I'd probably stick with the Turf mammals like your prime rib, etc.    I've heard good things about the Silver Saloon Platter there as being a good throw back to the 1950s & 60s diners....

I'll try harder the next time you're out this way.
Congrats CK. The Fort is the best VP casino in the valley. It is too smokey, however, and we have limited our play there to Bingo which also is the best. I'm crious as to what bank you were playing.

The old IGT uprights behind the newer flat tops by the Deli. The Keno ploppers give them the most play it seems. 25/50/100 demno 5/10 coins.
CK Thanks. Hope your good fortune continues.

Sounds like a plan as long as life issues don't interfere.

Congrats on your outing CK, to both you and the Mrs. I apologize for the tardy response but I've been out of the loop for a couple days.

I understand that Las Vegas was suffering from a lobster and crab shortage, is it because they had a run on it at The Fort?

Threadkilling? Luck of the Irish? Hummm, how to respond.

Can I make a joke about feeling hungry and fighting a seagull for a half eaten tuna sandwich on the Boardwalk?

As for luck of the Irish I can say this: this past Saturday night I saw some schmuck wearing a shirt that said "Irish for a day." I pointed to the shirt and said "thank God for that" and a security guard who was standing nearby started laughing so much I thought he was going to choke.

Oh well, the royal hunt continues.....

Thanks Ted. We had a good time, as usual.

As for the lobster and crab shortage, that could very well be, but just don't blame me. Costco must be trucking them in as well. Yesterday they had both lobsters and king crab on sale.
