Drawing to two deuces and getting the other two is about a 360 to 1 shot. Not great, but a far, far cry from infinitesimal.chiefsquirrel wrote: ↑Tue Dec 17, 2019 4:23 amIt still makes no sense (strategic or otherwise) since the odds of getting the last 2 deuces is infinitesimal.

The odds should be much higher in this game, given the additional bonus hands and the stacking feature that will duplicate any drawn 2's in all of the above hands.onemoretry wrote: ↑Tue Dec 17, 2019 6:21 amDrawing to two deuces and getting the other two is about a 360 to 1 shot. Not to mention, if you were to draw both 2's on the bottom line (the 360 to 1 shot), you're looking at a massive 8,000 credit payout.
Like I said, it's a strategic decision and the game will let you play it either way if you prefer. Of course, many games have some tough emotional decisions, where you must choose if you'd like to break up a winner to go for something bigger. In Stack Em High, I think there will be fewer cases of that in the Aces games vs Deuces. The training on Deuces games will probably be more interesting.

Yet ANOTHER oddball part to this game - again DBDW
- dealt 2 deuces on base hand.
- held only the 2 deuces.
- filled bottom 5 and 3 top bonus hands with 2 deuces.
- on the "final" draw, was given another deuce on the base hand.
- the 3rd deuce then filled all 8 hands (the game jumps back & forth from bottom to top too)
- it gives me a definite edge but this game is VERY confusing.
This magical, secret action is NOT in the help nor the pay tables. Does it work the same with Aces in the other games?

360 to 1 is ONLY the real odds on the very first hand after a game has been reset (beginning of a month). It doesn't consider an 80% pay out nor does it consider its self-adjustment (for "big" winners) to bring the pay outs back down to 80%.onemoretry wrote: ↑Tue Dec 17, 2019 6:21 amDrawing to two deuces and getting the other two is about a 360 to 1 shot. Yes, in addition to the extra hands, this is the most important feature of this game. As stated in the HELP menu: "Bonus trigger cards [Ace or Deuce] drawn in bonus hands become sticky and are copied to subsequent bonus hands in that stack."chiefsquirrel wrote: ↑Wed Dec 18, 2019 11:14 amYet ANOTHER oddball part to this game - again DBDW

In other words, your Aces or Deuce drawn in any bonus hand are going to be copied to all the remaining hands above it. As I said before, if that leads to drawing to 4 deuces on the bottom hand, you're looking at a 1000 payout on every single line. Quite the jackpot.
As for the scrolling, that's a feature we had to add in order to demonstrate all the actions taking place on a single screen. In the casino, the experience is better as the additional bonus hands all are played out on the top screen.

I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about here.chiefsquirrel wrote: ↑Wed Dec 18, 2019 11:21 am360 to 1 is ONLY the real odds on the very first hand after a game has been reset (beginning of a month). The fact is that if you are dealt a hand containing a pair (any pair, not just deuces), discard the other three cards and draw three replacement cards, the likelihood of ending up with a quad is about one in 360.

I'm not sure what that refers to either, but it certainly doesn't apply to class 3 video poker machines or this game. There may be a class 2 market somewhere where monthly payouts are set as low as 80%, but those would be "bingo" type machines, not anything you play on this site, in Las Vegas, or any class 3 market.
