I knew that move or attempted move was coming. Trump is desperate. Being a narcissist on top of that makes him dangerous.

As I read the Constitution, the trump administration expires on January 20th, unless he is re-elected.
I don't see anything that allows anyone to push back that date. When the President and Vice- President are no longer in office, for whatever reason, the Presidency reverts to the second in succession, the Speaker of The House.
Assuming that Democrats keep control of the House, they will elect the new Speaker, and what many don't know is that the Speaker of The House does not have to be a member of Congress. They literally can elect anyone, except Bush, Clinton and Obama.
