Hey all, I think I may have figured out why my wrist was sore..........from opening all that junk mail from various music, book, and DVD clubs.  LOL!
 
OH YEAH, and trying to get those darn prescription drug bottles open while tuning the radio at the drive in movie!  Ha!  There........we tied it all together!
