  Is there a nuts and bolts mom and pop run BBQ house in LV/Clark co.? I've tried both Memphis BBQ and Famous Daves both with good food and service but it's not the same as a small smokehouse. The nicer places you end up paying for goods and services you may not want or request. Any suggestions?
