What a difference!!!

I was sitting next to this gent at a casino in Laughlin last night. We were both on STP but he was playing dueces and I was playing DDB. He was on $1, 10-play, doing so-so.
 
Suddenly he is dealt A4AAA. On 10-play this is $250 and he had a multiple of 5, so he won $1250 on the hand. He seemed pretty doggone pleased with himself and I did not have the heart to point out that if I, sitting next to him playing DDB, had been dealt exactly the same hand on 10-play with a multiple of 5, it would been a slightly larger jackpot.....in fact, $98,750 larger. A $100,000 jackpot to be exact.
 
The games we choose......fate is fickle.....oh, and why couldn't that hand, no more than 18 inches away from me, been dealt on *my* machine???

lol, yes i've dont that grumble many times.  just a few weeks ago I am playing .50 x 20 Multstrike costing me $10 a hand lady next to me get to the 8x level and gets dealt a royal.  yup you guessed it she was playing nickles, while I couldn't even buy a flush.  She gets $1,600 holds out all kinds of taxes so its even less.  While for me it could have been $16,000!  Oh how I love and hate Mulistrike.
