Ad choices

I understand that ads are needed to support the site. However, I have a problem with the political nature of the ads I am getting. Is there any way to change the types of ads I see?

That would sure be nice, but unfortunately our ad providers don't offer that level of control.

The best we can offer is no ads at all, which is fairly inexpensive on a Silver membership plan at just 3 bucks a month (or less than 7 cents a day if you buy the annual plan). If you play a lot, we believe it is well worth the small cost to enjoy the site ad free.

You must have had another name at some point because this account doesn't go back too far. But I don't know what that would mean. If you were banned, it would be very obvious and you would be unable to post.
