The July 4th Highland Park shooter was just charged with seven counts of first degree murder and held without bond. Do any locals here have a personal connection with the area? Chicago TV coverage I've seen has certainly been excellent. It made me better able to connect with something that could have been just another tragedy. Vastly different killer than Las Vegas, but both stationed on higher ground.
